Please Note:
Volunteers must be 18+ unless accompanied by a chaperone and/or guardian. Chaperones and/or Guardians must always remain with their minor(s) throughout the event. They will not be permitted to drop them off and pick them back up at the end of their shift.
Group Requests can be sent to Volunteers@ArnoldSports.Com. Please be advised that all of our slots for High School Volunteers are full for this year.
All volunteers will receive an official Arnold Sports Festival Volunteer shirt that must be worn for the duration of their shift.
Upon successful completion of their shift, volunteers will earn a 3-Day Expo Pass. Only one 3-Day Expo Pass will be awarded per volunteer, regardless of the number of shifts completed.
Additionally, we do not provide any parking vouchers, travel stipends, or housing costs.
Water and snacks will be provided. Please feel free to bring your reusable water bottle, caffeine, and/or any other food to get you through the day. You will be given a short break during your shift to relax and eat.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes with no rips or tears. We recommend dressing in layers as the temperature of the Convention Center fluctuates throughout the day.
